We, through our Property Valuation knowledge, carefully analyse all projects before we decide whether or not to offer them to our valued clients. If a particular development does not meet PENTA's stringent requirements - then we will not offer it to our clients. Our Developers

PENTA obtain property stock from developers which are well established, successful and which provide properties that are of excellent build and quality in well sought after locations. As such we deal with Australia’s largest developers – both privately owned and those listed on the stock exchange.

The benefits for developers offering us their stock to sell is first and foremost that we are an  experienced and well established marketing firm which specializes in international marketing. The purchasers that we have would not normally buy from the developer themselves – since they are overseas. We provide an additional market to our developers with our international clients, hence we are not in competition with them – rather we are an extension of their marketing department assisting them overseas and compliment their local sales.

Developers can rest assured that they are dealing with a well respected, ethical and professional company.

Furthermore it allows developer’s property stock to be introduced internationally hence benefitting their exposure through PENTA overseas.
